        Been queuing now for half hour just to get change. Lots of customers arguing with staff, its the worst and most unorganised bank Ive ever been to

        My branch in Cobham hasnt a counter so have to travel to Walton. Staff are helpful. Only one counter so often waiting a long time. Staff ask people in the queue if they can help. Opening another counter would help!! Stupid system
