What a gem, stumbled upon this pub while out in Walton on the Naze area. Looks a bit unsavoury from outside but don't be put off. Excellent service, well kept beer. And decent food and not drastically overpriced. Would go there again.

absolutely amazing! we went for my mums birthday and the wonderful lady that served us today brought her a cake. the aesthetics of the place is so nice and the lights in the beer garden are perfect! the last owners food was bad the gammon was really fatty and salty but now its so delicious i only eat chicken and next time im 1000% getting that. keep up the good work!

Needed to take friends out to dinner last ,time we had a meal here it was was very poor, so we tried it under the new owner the atmosphere was good food was fantastic.glad we took a gamble on the new owners

What a gem, stumbled upon this pub while out in Walton on the Naze area.
Looks a bit unsavoury from outside but don't be put off.
Excellent service, well kept beer. And decent food and not drastically overpriced.
Would go there again.
