Kirby Primary Academy is a happy and thriving school. The staff and leadership are dynamic, progressive, genuine, attentive, enthusiastic and more. Our son has just finished Year 6 and has loved every day there. He has been extremely happy at Kirby. The school building and grounds are great, the staff are all inspiring and jolly, and our son has made great friendships in his class and also across the different year groups. Its a fabulous school and were very lucky that he went there.

Lack of teaching skills. In my last year, all we did was watching movies and playing on the field. Most of the teachers didnt help. No real system, no set lessons, no structure. Im in year 8 now and looking back at primary school, my favourite teacher was Mr Taylor or Mrs Daly but both left shortly after my year with them. In year 5, i had over 13 different teachers AND they weren't any good. The limited supplies were dissappointing too. Sorry if any teachers are reading this :P
