        Ordered inner,outer and Tee brackets for a new Pergola I am building.Had a few hickups with the customer service side of things but Michael pulled out all the stops to get them delivered to me on time.Product looks fantastic.Would highly recommend UK Engineering Solutions.

        Had wheel straightened on my jag Job was spot on nice and cheap and was fitted in between jobs so I didn't have to wait a week like everywhere else

        Online order for pergola post brackets - after 4 apparent attempts at sending the items, I received nothing. Excuses were made in connection with courier companies. After 1 month of no received products and multiple phone calls to chase, I requested a refund. This took 1 month to sort out after 9 further phone calls (gave up on emails as received no response). No apology received at any stage. Complete waste of time and exceptionally poor customer service. Avoid at all costs.
