I was looking to have a radiator installed in our kitchen. I contacted Hopeflow services and Jack came round and quoted us to carry out the works. They were polite, clean and courteous and the work was carried out to a high standard for a great price too. Jack has since then fitted a water softener for us and again we were very pleased from the initial contact right through to the installation and after care. Contacted Hopeflow for central heating issues (new radiator required and couple not working) and boiler service, having not has it serviced for a while. Jack first came and replaced a radiator and flushed the system, leaving the house nice and toasty with all radiators working. He then returned for a full boiler service, and replaced couple of necessary parts, again leaving the house all warm and safe. he also added a magnaclean filter to collect waste. He communicated well before and kept me informed during both processes, at all times polite. Very reasonably priced and would highly recommend. Services: Water heater repair, Plumbing leak detection
