Tendring Gas

Sean completely let us down. He gave us a quote and told us what to order for a small toilet renovation in our cab office. Goods ordered. Sean gave us a date to start work and we had the goods delivered. Suddenly Sean no longer answered our calls and after weeks of not hearing from him his dad rang us and told us Sean had food poisoning!!! Couldnt text or ring us obviously. Dad said he would get somebody else to contact us and do the work. No one rang us. Tried ringing Sean again but he wouldnt answer. . We waited 2 months for him and now have to start again looking for workmen and leading up to Christmas this is not easy. Absolutely furious!!!!!! Put one star only because it wouldnt allow me to post this with no stars Services: Faucet installation, Plumbing leak detection, Toilet installation

Sean was excellent. Had some issues with the boiler but nothing was too much trouble. Went out of his way to come and help. Gladly recommend.

Phoned him on a Sunday morning as I was let down by British Gas was here within 2 hours, my old boiler had stopped working and was leaking water. Could not be repaired new boiler fitted on Tuesday, great service highly recommend
