Phil was brought in to do the heating on an open planned lounge/kitchen diner/dining room. He fitted new radiators etc & told the occupant that everything he fitted/done would be sufficient to heat all areas. Needless to say, it wasn't. Many freezing kids throughout the winter months was the outcome, having to spend family time in their bedrooms where is was warmer. Throw in a day where he didn't even turn up & not letting the occupants know. All a shambles & the poor kids. Have heard from many people about the poor workmanship from Phil. Occupants have had to borrow oil radiators (at a cost) and have others (competent Heating Specialists) in to quote up for what "really" needs doing to heat the area(S) up & they all said the same thing. The heating/work that Phil did wasn't sufficient.

Phil has serviced our boiler for a couple of years and always been efficient and reliable. This year our boiler needed replacing, and Phil provided guidance as to the options available, answering any questions we had. The quote for the work was fair, and the work carried out professionally. Phil and his colleague worked courteously while in our property, and kept everything clean and tidy. Phil also sorted out ensuring the warranty was put in place before leaving. Couldnt recommend PJR Plumbing more highly, Phil will always be our first point of call for any plumbing need!
