        An excellent service from a local supplier who service my boiler every year . I called them out to a problem with my boiler and because all I needed was good advice , I wasnt charged

        Called Heatec out for a boiler repair, after 2 attempts the engineer said he would have to order a new part. Waited 3 weeks & heard nothing from Heatec so I gave them a call. Was told over the phone they would not be returning to fix the problem & I would probably need to replace my 5 year old boiler. I called another local based gas company who attended the same day to survey the boiler, returned the next day with a new part, started & finished the job in 2 hours at a cost of 120. New boiler Heatec ? Avoid this company.
