Great independent pharmacy. Amazing Opening hours 7am-10pm, a real asset to the community. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. great selection of non prescription items, as well as Flu etc. Jabs available. Great Service.

Rubbish, I rang twice for a home delivery, both times they did not answer the phone.

Took son to hospital and needed nasal rinse. Went to M and M Frinton and they sold this in different sizes. Advised the assistant exactly what I needed ....was even written down by the doctor in the hospital so there could be no confusion and the assistant confirmed the different sizes and explained what I needed and I opted for the largest.... only to find when I got home that the largest size doesn't include the applicator bottle needed to be able to use the rinses...and without which it is totally useless . Went back and instead of helping me find a solution made me buy a complete new pack with the bottle...No offer to reduce the price of the second pack.just a very much a ..tough luck mate ...attitude......Very poorly advised and when I wrote a very polite email to question this...was completely ignored...so now I am writing this scathing report.... At best. ... lousy practice to treat a customer like this !!and I will never use this pharmacy again. Very disappointing....Shocking lack of professionalism.. Go elsewhere if you can.

FANTASTIC. They have been my pharmacy since they opened many years ago in Connaught avenue. Terrific helpful welcoming efficient and very knowledgeable staff. Cannot fault them.
