Bad workmanship, how can a seamstress get a pair of very expensive curtains not to be the same length! Firstly we ordered 2 sets of curtains over a year ago, after several weeks of waiting, one each of the pair arrived, the Shop did not check this before making appointment to hang curtains, so taken away again, after several weeks of waiting again, the 2nd appointment was made to hang the curtains, they were not pressed and hung dreadfully and then we noticed one curtain was longer than the other! Therefore a complaint went in and we have waited 10 months for the Shop to get back to alter the curtains. Very poor service, very bad communication, will never shop there again.

BRILLIANT SERVICE OF A BYGONE AGE! Nothing was too much trouble. Wasn't offered only expensive solutions but the best solutions. Honest! Prompt measuring service. Awaiting our decision regarding choice of flooring and they will then lay carpet by only their tried and trusted workmen. We may have to wait a few days longer, but I know the after sales service will be excellent. I've had bad outcomes from those "speedy" cowboys. I'm so thrilled with this company I'd not go elsewhere.
