Going to play the see if I can get an appointment game today. Between 8am and 10am. Got through. Told to ring another department after 10am. . Now have to try to find the right time to call, in between moments where their auto-call machine isnt talking and any other person using the system to press option 2. Ridiculous !

I've only been with this surgery a few months and heard disappointing reviews before registering but I can honestly say,on the occasions I have met with a doctor, nurse and physio, they have been brilliant in every way. The care and attention has been polite, professional, thorough. A few niggles initially setting up online. Receptionist didn't know what she was talking about. Given the pressures these people are under and what they deal with on a daily basis I'd say the service they provide is excellent. st didn't know what she was utalking about. but n

Rang up was hung up on by becky, always had my medication done over the telephone as I deal with my mental health terribly, was made to explain myself, told her I ring up all the time, and have my medication red flagged , explained I haven't had my medication for 5 daysthen called her darling as I'm notheren and it's no big dealand had the phone put down on me, discussing customer service, currently now on hold for 20 mins and they are refusing to answer the phone, always had a great experience but can clearly tell Becky was near the end of her shift and doesn't care about the community, shame on you
