The Tendring Osteopaths

I've been to see Trevor a couple of times in the past year. I've found him to be friendly, knowledge, humorous and the treatments plus aftercare to be really effective. I wouldn't recommend getting injured but if you do I would recommend The Tendring Osteopaths.

I was losing hope of being able to continue to play tennis or even enjoy walking my dog. Trevor suggested insoles . As soon as these went into my shoes my hip pain went. I'm enjoying playing tennis again and walking my dog Thankyou Trevor

Would thoroughly recommend Trevor, completely cured my frozen shoulder. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, using up to date treatment methods. Wouldn't have any compunction in returning - hopefully I wont have to! Many thanks.

Trevor is one of the only professionals I would recommend without hesitation to anyone and everyone. He has seen several close friends and family members; most have been incapacitated by their afflictions and after a few sessions with Trevor they are walking, moving and pain free. I have seen him on and off for 5years and would not go anywhere else. He is caring, kind and really goes the extra mile for his clients. I am always impressed that he is constantly learning and improving, attending courses etc. He keeps up-to-date with the new advances in technology available to him in his field, giving his clientele the best care and equipment around. I had feet problems so I got Trevor Prout to do a foot scan on his machine which proved invaluable, he then had bespoke Orthotic inserts made for my footwear, these were a game changer, so comfy and now my feet are good all day, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
