Absolutely thrilled with all aspects of my service from Matthew Gough of MPG Pianos. Matthew was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly attentive to my requirements throughout the process of sourcing, importing, restoring, and ultimately delivering my new piano. He took exceptional care to ensure the piano met my needs from every angle: the tone I wanted, the look, the price range, etc. He was extremely flexible and accommodating when delivery plans had to change unexpectedly. And finally, when delivering the piano, I watched in awe as his team navigated the instrument down a very steep set of stone steps to my cottage - the enormous care they took was incredible. Once it arrived, playing it for the first time was sheer joy - the richness of the bass, the cantabile upper registers... absolutely exquisite. Perfect service and perfect piano. Thank you.
