May I take this opportunity to say how pleased I have been with Mantair as a company and the individuals I have dealt with. I have been impressed with the professional, diligent and attentive service I have received from your company. From my initial contact with Kevin along with the site visit by Matt I have received nothing but good knowledgeable advice and felt completely at ease asking questions no matter how trivial or technical in nature. The installation team was well prepared before they arrived on site and executed their job to a high standard. I requested some details to be finished in a particular way and they were prepared to put in the extra effort required to do the job right. Their expertise has resulted in the manhole cover on the sewage treatment plant, which was installed in a steeply sloping drive, being left with only requiring to be raised 8mm further by the block paver to align with the blocks - a fantastic achievement. Every interaction I had with Mantair whether by phone, email or in person was courteous and honest. The whole management of the job from the initial scheduling through its execution was excellent.
