I cannot express my gratitude for the staff and managers whilst looking after my mum Mavis Wise. The staff work extremely hard and they did everything they could to make my mum comfortable and well cared for whilst she was in the home. My mum felt totally at ease and comfortable. My mum loved the staff. They made her feel loved and happy and she felt like it was her home. The staff are totally professional as well as caring for each individual. I cannot express my gratitude to you all. Towards the end of her life they were all still supporting me and my family and I cannot thank you enough for your love, dedication and support.

One of the worst places I have ever worked in. The staff were absolutely the rudest bunch of people I'd ever worked with, they really contributed to me having poor mental health. This was my first ever care job and experience. Expected me to pick up absolutely everything within a week and made very rude remarks when I struggled physically and mentally, made accusations about me that weren't true because they saw me as easy pray and even saying I'd never get very far but now I am a senior carer with a team who actually appreciates me. I hope to god you all learned how to treat people with respect and grew the hell up. Baring in mind these are a team of adults and CARE assistants. Clue is in the name.

Please do not even consider this place they treated my dad so bad restraining him putting him in a cold room all this contributed to his untimely death

I have a relative here with dementia, the staff are fantastic with her even though she can be tricky.
