A genuine warmth and a company ethos that l can admire...they most definitely went above and beyond both searching for and providing the services/property we required.

John and the team at Bruff Cooper have exceeded our expectations. Always available to offer help and support when needed. John is very knowledgeable and has clear communication skills. He has proved to be highly professional at all times with a very awkward and difficult tenant of ours (found by another agent, not Bruff cooper) Having been Landlords for over 15 years, We have used many different agents. Bruff Cooper are by far the best we have found and we would highly recommend them.

Mix up with wording on an email meant a lady thought she had a beach hut booked for longer than she did - Bruff Cooper sort your email wording out - meant the beach hut I had booked a couple of months before I couldnt use - arrived and another family of about 20 in there - thought it was maximum if 6! - Bruff refunded my cost - thank you for that and then lent us free of charge a beach hut 5 The Wallings which was the dirtiest beach hut I have ever seen - no gas - broken chairs and utterly filthy - Im sure Bruff thought they were being nice but how can they not know how terrible that beach hut was? . Bruff Cooper tried to help but Joy was very flippant that they had done enough but that didnt help us have a nice day- Joy if you promise to do something and you promised to check the beach hut the day before I went then you should do it - slack you hadnt checked the people had returned the key . I didnt want a refund - I didnt want a free dirty beach hut - I wanted the day I had planned with my two kids and my nephews . The family got sn extra day Bruff got money from them but no one seemed to care our day ruined ! Bruff Cooper and the other family getting things totally wrong but at my expense . Book a beach hut elsewhere !
