Bouchards of Frinton

I am reviewing on behalf of my dad Richard Beres. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by Harry and David at Bouchards. They designed and fitted my kitchen and bedroom fitted cupboards. They were friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and provided a first class service and went above and beyond my expectations. My husband I recently visited this store and were really surprised to be greeted by a young gentleman who seemed to think it is acceptable to look down his nose and treat us as if we couldn't afford their kitchens, simply because I said I didn't want granite worktops. He assumed it was due to the price, but it's actually because its always cold and I don't like that. I mentioned I liked the curved look to a kitchen and his response was that's the most expensive range and looked at me as if I should change my mind to a cheaper range. I am a very successful business woman and could afford any of their kitchens should I have wanted to, but I was merely looking for ideas and only actually wanted a brochure, which he wouldn't give to me until I'd let him try to sell me a kitchen, we won't get our new kitchen till the new year, I just wanted ideas. What a disappointment that he felt he was so much better than me, as if you're reading this, trust me you're not and this is one kitchen sale you will not get, customer service is so important and you clearly need some training in that area.

This is a family run business,they are very helpful and they listern to what you have to say how you would like your kitchen to be fitted,the service they give to their clients is excellent and they have a good knowledge on their products.i would definitely recommend this company.
