We appointed Home Domus to sell our home in April 2022. Initially it was the exceptional quality of their photography and marketing material that caught our eye, but dealing with Florent was a breath of fresh air as he actually cared about us and our home. Nothing was too much trouble and only the best was good enough. His unique approach to selling houses certainly paid dividends and in what was a most difficult time with the economy, he found us the right buyer. This ethos has been continued with the new team in charge and I can highly recommend their services.

We recently purchased a property using Home Domus 360 as the selling agent. We found them to be extremely helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble. We felt they went above and beyond and although we weren't selling a property, they were fantastic for buying one. From our first viewing to collecting the keys took approximately 8 weeks so we'd definitely recommend them. Many thanks to Selina, Pat and Ang that made this transaction thoroughly straightforward.

We used Home Domus 360 to sell our property and the service we received was excellent. Florent was very approachable and professional as were the office team. The process from start to finish was very transparent and Florent kept us informed of the sales process at every stage. He also managed all the viewings personally, which was a service that you don't always get with most other agents. The time taken over the photos and marketing were first class which showed the property at its very best. I asked this company to come around and give me a valuation; they did so, at 50,000 BELOW what EVERY other estate agent had valued my house! I have since been offered 40,000 MORE for the property by a HOUSE BUYING COMPANY who buy at 10-20% BELOW market value! This company claims to sell your house quickly AND above the asking price, clearly this is because they drastically UNDERVALUE properties to begin with! BEWARE this company is ONLY after quick profits at their customers expense! Will they sell your property quickly? You bet ya! Will they achieve OVER the asking price? Absolutely, as long as you agree to THEIR valuation, which will be 50,000 less than its worth! They valued my property at 425,000 (a property which EVERY other estate agent valued at 475,000-500,000) which I was subsequently offered 465,000 by a company which buys property at 10-20% BELOW market value! You work it out fir yourself! But in my opinion you would be better off selling to someone like National Homebuyers than marketing your property with this company! No wonder they claim such high sales rates and prices in excess of asking prices! Its easy when you so drastically undervalue everything! I suggest you get other valuations from other companies before you settle on this company to sell your house! I had a lucky escape, so I thought I would spread the word! Youre welcome!
