We all had a brilliant time at the pier. Kids loved it. Pauline on tills at climbing/soft play was really helpful with a lovely smile

Visited 5 times before leaving a fair review. Each time visited in public swimming times. Flume has been opened twice for 5 minutes maximum. The baby pool has never been open so my 2 year old has had nowhere to go but in my arms. Very lazy staff that can't be bothered is what I have seen, as there is enough. Two stars is for price and cleaness

Majority of staff friendly, one lifeguard is miserable but generally nice enough. Only one thing that is annoying is when you are leaving there with very young children and they insist you go through turn style. That's rediculas when your children just want to run the second they are free, when staff could just open the gate. This is more so annoying as you are also carrying bags as well.
