Sea View Cottage

3rd visit to Sea View Cottage. Everything was perfect, the cottage, the location, the welcome gifts. The cottage s homely and well equipped. Beach only at the end of the road and a stunning, beautiful sandy beach indeed. The beach is dog friendly and the dogs had a great times running along sands and paddling in the sea. The colourful array of beach huts along the promenade makes a walk even more enjoyable. I also enjoyed several runs along the beach when the tide was out- full recommendation if running is your thing. Well definitely be returning. 5 star rating for sure

This place is a little gem. Super cosy and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. Our dog also appreciated the comfy dog bed! Jo is a super host and our son was very pleased that she left us her delicious lemon drizzle cake again this year! Perfectly located for the shops and beach. We are already booked in for our third visit and are grateful to have found this gorgeous cottage.

Husband and I plus our poodle and doodle have had the opportunity to experience a number of holiday lets in the last couple of years. Our trip to Frinton on Sea staying at Sea View Cottage ticked all the boxes. Mark and I relaxed and walked and forgot the last two years of working in the NHS. Dogs had a wonderful time and we all loved the beach. The cottage was clean, comfortable and all that we hoped for. The garden was comfortable and secure. Everything required was near by, beach, shops etc. My only concern is that Mark has developed a fascination with Sainsburys and thinks he can spot a bargain. The sooner this stops the better. We have all had a fantastic time, feel content now back at home, many thanks to Jo. Your attention to detail is second to none and we do believe that you are so hospitable. If you can manage to get a space to go to the cottage I suggest you do not hesitate. Thank you so very much Jo, from Mark, Sarah, Jet and Wilma.
