Alison cut my extra long unkempt hair for the first time. It looks exactly as I described to her. I now have shoulder length style, swept over to the side by a side parting and layered in such a way to enhance my features. She's got a good eye for how to get from shaggy hair to a more modern style that can be allowed to dry naturally for a wavier look or sleek by blow-drying. I'm so happy I'm having colour added next week. So if you're wary or have had bad experiences in the past (as I've had, hence why I've been cutting my own!), you'd be in safe hands with Alison Last but not least, she made me feel very at ease. I feel like I've gained another friend. Her colleague was also genuinely interested in what my hair looked like after such a drastic change. So, thanks Alison and your colleague!
