There was one occasion where Fay wasn't available but they had a substitute barber. I can honestly say it was one of the worst haircuts I've ever had - uneven, choppy and didn't sit flat properly. Ultimately I came out with a mullet which wasn't what I went in for.
If you need a barber and can get an appointment with Fay then great, anyone else, I'd probably avoid. Unless you wish to channel your inner Hulk Hogan. Service: Hairstyling
