        Absolutely bad service. 30 flats in our sheltered accommodation and not 1 letter has been delivered in over a week . A different postman delivered in our road but not the sheltered housing complex. How can you say that out of 30 properties not one person had no mail for over a week . I will not believe that. Pandemic or not this needs sorting, elderly residents have missed vital hospital appointments and drs because no one can be bothered.
