Working with Sam has been a great experience so far. She is an excellent trainer; super friendly, professional and supportive. With her enthusiasm and understanding of your individual needs, she manages to get the absolute best out of you, pushing right when you need it, to achieve your full potential without ever compromising on control, always ensuring you are moving safely and within your own abilities. She is extremely intuitive and pays close attention to your developing fitness level, designing sessions that give you a really good workout without moving too quickly, which really keeps you motivated. She has a wealth of knowledge so is always there to answer any specific questions you might have, and her positive energy is infectious!

Sam is great to work with, she's professional but in such a friendly manner that you dont feel self conscious. She also helps keep you motivated by checking in with you, which has been a huge help for me especially in lockdown as I find it easy to fall back into bad habits. She tailor made an exercise program to suit me and my lifestyle and if I had any difficulty with an exercise she was able to provide me with an alternative or if I needed to correct my form, if she felt I was progressing well with an exercise over time and needed more of a challenge she would also let me know and show me how do it. I would highly recommend using her services
