Ive worked with Andy for sometime now and I have nothing but great things to say about him and his business. I run a local osteopathy clinic and regularly send patients to him for post treatment strength work. The results have always been exemplary. If you need high level personal training or nutrition advice you are in very good hands.

Andy, other than a big thank you, what else can I say?! You got me through my first triathlon in under 3 hours with the attention to detail program you set out, which based around my current delicate back and knee was fun to follow. On top of all that you came and held my hand (not literally) for some open water swim training and gave me countless of invaluable tips but made sure you didn't overload me with too much to think about. Anyone reading this and is unsure if Andy is the personal trainer for you, do not hesitate, if Andy has space to take you on as a client. BOOK HIM! Since this post Andy has been amazing again. The photo is what Andy can do for you! (I have tried several times to attach but google not attaching it. It is a photo of my VO2 saying my fitness is superior and the top 1% for my age and sex) When I first met Andy I was putting on a few pounds every year and didnt really have any sporting goals anymore as my football career was over and no other sports got my sporting juices flowing. After meeting Andy triathlon got mentioned several times and I gave it a go. Andy helped me with the open water swim training for the first few times and since then has helped me train for several triathlon events up to half iron man. The photo above is the only time in my life I am Superior!! To get to 45 years old and be at the top 1% for my age and sex is down to my hard work but Andys motivation and also devising the right plans for me to train to. Andys knowledge in particular for long distance endurance events is amazing. Partly through research and partly through experiences as he has done lots of events himself. Andy currently has put a plan for me to run my first marathon and with his plan and the training needed I have no doubt I will finished and be sub 4 hours. Whilst I use Andy for more long distance training I know he also does all types of training including strength and conditioning. If you are planning an event or just want to get motivated to get off the couch Andy is your man. Dont waste your money on a gym you will not go to. Get the right coaching and correct way to do things from Andy. Thanks again Andy.

I recently took part in the Fundamentally Fit 5 day diet reclaim challenge hosted by Andy Strong. Andy took a lot of time and care in setting up and running the challenge, which turned out to be really well structured with a good amount of support, coaching and a sense of community within the group. Andy is very knowledgeable and manages to share this knowledge in a way that can be understood without bombarding you! I would highly recommend the programme to others. At the end of the programme, Andy ran a prize draw in which I won a food diary analysis. Following completion of a food diary, Andy performed an analysis and went through the results in detail with me in a one-to-one session. This was really well tailored to my situation and has given me some useful areas for improvement and focus, inspiration for meal planning, and confidence that I can keep to my weight and health goals.

I began with Andy's excellent Kick-start Programme and enjoyed it so much that I decided to carry on working out with him over the last year. Andy is dedicated, passionate and totally committed to getting the best from his clients. He is non-judgemental and provides a safe secure environment for clients of all ages, shapes and sizes to achieve their goals at his studio in Walton on Thames. I have been working out at home and various Health Clubs for many years but Andy came up with new ideas and bits of kit that were specifically targeted to my aims and that made my workouts fun. I have been delighted with the results I have achieved over the last year with Andy's guidance and encouragement. I can wholeheartedly recommend his services, whether for a specific goal or event such as a Marathon, or just general improvements in physique and fitness levels.
