Progas have been coming to service our boiler for about 4 years now, and they are superb. The service is really thorough (more than previous service engineers) and the engineer, Jimi, is always really nice, helpful and informative. I learn something about my boiler every time he visits. I'm definitely glad the boiler is serviced and running smoothly now for winter, especially since energy prices have gone up so much. Service: Heating system maintenance

We have been customers of ProGas for as long as I can remember and recommend them highly. Friendly, professional and reliable. Five star service. Thank you Paul, Gary, James and all. Only sorry we won't be using your services again due to relocation.

Paul and the team at PROGAS Heating and Plumbing are very professional with superb customer service. They respond promptly and scheduled the job in quick time. Paul sent over Gary to do a boiler service and gas safety certificate. Gary was very professional and friendly. Explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I have used Pro gas for about 15 years. They fitted a Viessmann boiler about 9 years ago and I use them for servicing. I have always been happy with the service I get from Progas, they are professional, knowledgable clean and tidy . They always answer the phone and have dealt with all the usual little issues one can expect from a central heating system. Recently we have had a more complex issue and Progas sent us Jason their plumber. I was unable to be at the house because of work and my elderly parents kindly house sat whilst he problem solved the issue. I have had glowing reports about Jason from my folks and my teenage daughter. He was very patient with me on the mobile phone and explained what he had found clearly. He had to pull back carpets and lift floor boards, rummage around the loft, and boiler area - I have come home and you would not know he has been here. I liked Jason's attitude and manner, my Mum liked him so that goes a long way. The thing I like about Progas is if this has not fixed the problem; or there are any issues with the new parts fitted or the installation, they will make it good as they are all about service.
