Holistic Therapies with Paula kemp

I have had many reflexology treatments over the years and some have been ok and some great. Paula's was great. I was greeted with a smile and everything was clean and comfortable. Paula asked which pressure I would like for the treatment and I really appreciated that as not all therapists ask this important question. I have truly felt the benefit of being able to relax during the reflexology and going forward the effects have continued. Recently returned to area and I will now be booking with Paula on a regular basis, so happy to have found a wonderful local practitioner.

My daughter recommended Paula to me who made me very welcome when I saw her for a back massage which I really enjoyed. Paula worked on all my long term tight muscles with the bonus of having my upper arms worked on and also my neck muscles gently stretched. I shall be returning to see her.

Absolutely loved my pregnancy massage! I have been suffering with such hip and back pain which has totally eased off since my experience. I am going to be booking another session in a few weeks! Worth it for the pain relief!
