I would highly recommend Studio Felix Ltd and in particular Freddy's skill and support. We are now in the final month of our build and worked with Freddy from initial brief through to planning stage and then to construction drawings and build. Throughout the process Freddy has listened to our ideas, improved on them, challenged us where he thought we could do better, and supported us with the many obstacles of a full home extension and refurbishment. Freddy is very knowledgeable of the total process, produces high quality drawings, and was really helpful in working with our structural engineer and our contractors to deliver our vision. I found Freddy flexible, practical, super-responsive and genuinely passionate about the project. He offers great advice and has a useful list of recommended (and not recommended) professionals from the many local projects he has been involved in. I would have no hesitation in recommending Freddy as an architectural designer and as an all round support for the renovation and building process.

If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, highly skilled architectural designer who will go above and beyond his brief, then look no further, Freddy is your man! At all stages of our building project his enthusiasm, professionalism and 'can do' mentality never waned. He has answer to every problem and his tenacity paid off enormously in planning applications. Freddy's attention to detail is exemplary and his plans are a dream to work from for any builder. His desire to do his very best for the client results in him scrutinising every aspect of the project so that there is no room for error or failure. Not only is he technically brilliant, but he is a pleasure to work with and his positivity has helped enormously through our lockdown project. We cannot recommend Freddy highly enough and you simply will not find a better architectural designer!

Freddy is very friendly, helpful and full of good ideas. He designed a great garden extension for us and helped us through the process of getting it approved by the council with a certificate of permitted development . Always very attentive and excellent to work with.

Freddy is an exceptionally skilled designer. He did thorough research, meticulously presented the drawings, gave us substantial support and perfectly crystallised our thoughts into an aesthetically pleasing design. Freddy made a number of brilliant recommendations through the design process and also spent a lot of time talking through the different options to make sure we were happy. Extremely proficient and knowledgable about the planning approval process at Elmbridge. Provided recommendations into builders, party wall agreement surveyors and was even able to pass on negotiated discounts with local suppliers. If you want an extremely competent architectural designer who will support you through the full planning and building process you cannot go wrong with Freddy!
