Toilet really dirty, wasn't very nice atmosphere, didn't eat as the kitchen looked very dirty aswell , decided to have a drink in the garden, very noisy

Rude unfriendly, Im assuming, owner who told us to sit down or get out. Then when we were appalled by his vile unfriendly behaviour proceeded to tell us to just leave as he didnt need our business. I have never ever experienced such disgusting, disrespectful customer service from a landlord. We were in the pub for all of 30 seconds and that was the way we were treated. His attitude and outright rudeness was completely unprovoked as all we did was walk in and try to find seats. I notice similar reviews about his rudeness and seems to be targeted at larger groups. I would suggest going to a more welcoming, group friendly pub as clearly he doesnt have the correct people skills We all have stressful days at work but theres no excuse to his rudeness. As someone who also works in customer service myself, I felt embarrassed by the way he behaved, and by the looks of it, so was his wife.
