He is truly knowledgeable, experienced and 100% committed to helping you achieve your goals. Plus, he always look after yourself the days after the PT sessions, which is truly appreciated from my side
I have access to his app and train with Drew once a week and he's really helping me to achieve my goals, keep my motivated and build my strength, as I am very lazy to do it only by myself.
He tailors the training seasons to each individuals fitness goals and every PT session is different, fun and though enough which makes you feel the benefits afterwards.
I look forward to continuing my journey with Drew and I do recommend him to everyone!

I am a keen runner but have recently had a number of injuries (mainly knee).I was keen to avoid surgery or steroid injections,so on the advice of my excellent Physiotherapist I undertook a rehabilitation plan.Drew was happy to discuss my issues with her and has been formulating a personal training plan for me.
I have been using his online platform which means that I can access the program when it suits me at home.
He keeps constantly in touch to monitor my progress and tweak things when necessary.
His sessions are always varied and as tough as I want them to be and have focused on upper body,legs and core workouts.i have also particularly benefited from the intense stretching sessions.
My strength has improved hugely and this has helped my running enormously.
Recently I completed at least a 5K run every day for the month of July completing 140 miles.
This would not have been possible without Drew's enthusiastic knowledgeable and enthusiastic program for which I am very grateful.
