I originally started training with Mai to build up my fitness and stamina for long distance running. Over 2 years later Ive ditched the running and re-focussed on full body cardio, weights and spin! Im fitter than I ever have been and my self confidence has grown. I wouldnt have been able to handle lockdown without Mais online sessions and classes. Mentally stimulating and physically punishing, I cant ever imagine not training with Mai! Thank you!!

I have been training with Mai for several years and I can honestly say she is the best! I was worried initially during lockdown and not being able to access the gym anymore. However with Mais spin classes, pump classes and HIIT online classes I am in the best shape ever! I also train with Mai on a 1:1 basis each week over zoom which has been fantastic ! Mai always takes the time to talk through the exercises properly and mix things up, she runs amazing classes with a group of awesome women! Ive made new friends and have a genuine new found love for fitness now! The classes are challenging and Mai knows how to ensure you are working within your limit whilst making sure you are really pushing yourself! Highly recommend- very good value for money with lots of online classes available! If you are looking to reach new fitness goals, make new friends, have a laugh and feel in the best shape then I can honestly say Mai is the trainer for you!
