Still waiting for the reply still nothing to this day got Paid and obviously don't care about customers so why do they have a customer service provider when they say they will look into the matter when we have paid a lot of money for a good job and did not get one?

We popped in store today to get samples as and Mohammed couldnt be more helpful and knowledgeable . Great service and a credit to his employer. We will definitely be ordering our carpet from him in the future.
