Went through the EE website for a screen repair, selected this store as they stated they did same-day repair - when I got there, I'm told firstly that the store can't do this and only Oxford Street can (EE, you need to document this better), and secondly the guy tried to upsell me an EE contract saying how the repair was going to be hundreds of pounds - according to their website a Pixel 6 repair is 90, which I told him, to his surprise! I then went back to see about sending the phone off, after chatting with someone who clearly wasn't the slightest bit interested in my issue, I was told a repair will cost >600 because the warranty is over (this isn't even a warranty repair, after all I broke the screen!). Really bad service and I won't be going there again, no wonder there are barely any customers. Not sure why/how the operators keep these stores open at all.
