Dreadful service. Filled out their online enquiry form over 2 weeks ago with no follow up to date (18-04--22). Called 24 hours ago to make the same enquiry and no one has called back - these guys obviously cant be bothered, so will they be bothered to help you to their best ability?

I found the service and advice very competent and was impressed with the speed at which matters were dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend HJ based on this.

Avoid this company at all cost, they made numerous mistakes to which ultimately cost me significant money. They missed deadlines, advised me incorrectly and couldnt even write a defence that was suitable for the courts. When I raised concern, I was shot down and bullied into submission. I have given Howell Jones the opportunity to rectify their errors, but they have chosen to play ignorant. I will be pursuing legal action and reporting Howell Jones to the legal ombudsman. Avoid Avoid!

My husband and I were very impressed with Hadiha Waheed and her team at Howell Jones. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and cannot do enough to help. Making wills and LPA's can be stressful and complicated, but from our initial enquiry we felt that we were in good hands. Can highly recommend.
