        They provided a very caring, understanding service from start to finish. Tracy was particularly brilliant and kept me informed of what was happening, as well as quickly and seamlessly making any alterations I asked for. I would absolutely recommend them as they provided a first rate service, at what is such a difficult time.

        When your Mum passes away you really want to know that she will be looked after and that someone will help guide you through such a desperately sad time. Tracy was so friendly and caring and made the process seem effortless . Amanda co-ordinated everything on the day and we spoke beforehand. The communication, care and attention to detail to excellent and I would recommend the FW Chitty in Walton just as I was recommended. I can't thank them enough and they definitely provided a 5 star service.

        Overall very good service provided under difficult circumstances. All staff were supportive especially Tracy. However, there were occasions when I thought the staff were overstretched . Nonetheless, everything was resolved and all went well. Thank you Chittys.

        From the first meeting, Tracy was very warm, friendly, understanding and helpful. She took us through each step and made it a far easier process than we thought it would be. She gave us some very good recommendations, i.e on the celebrant we used and useful information on putting the order of service together. We also had good communication throughout. We couldn't have got through this as well as we did without her.

        When you are dealing with grief, you need someone to take control and make the process thats so hard to get through more bearable. Tracy at Frederick Chitty Walton On thames was that person, she was so kind, helpful and professional guiding us through the difficult times and for that we are extremely grateful. Amanda on the day made sure we had no worries ... we shared a funny moment when she reminded me she was looking after us, again just what you need when you are not thinking straight so from inital call to final end we can not recommend Chittys highly enough
