The women who was working there she was so silly(wear glasses)I hate McDonalds more and more every day because someone stupid works there

Called McDonalds and spoke to the supposed manager who I told at 6:30pm not to hand over to just eat as my gf and son had to eat something else and my son was in bed.
Totally ignored and "The manager" sent it out.
They knew full well I had requested a refund but obviously didn't like the idea of losing profit.
Wouldn't send my worst enemy there as I think their a little useless.
