I have been using Bona for alteration services for quite few times and quality of her work is second to none . Always friendly , accommodating and professional. An incredibly unprofessional lady and company. We dropped off a carpet in early December to get cleaned. They told us they used an external company to which we said we would get back to them, which was slightly delayed due to other issues. We called in the new year to go ahead with the carpet clean to which she told us I got rid of the carpet. 10 minutes later we called back and she told us she thinks its in a garage she stores things in. We collected the carpet and found mould, patches of dirt and its quite obviously been used in the garage on the floor and had boxes and other objects placed on top of it. When we raised this she said yeah it has mould and marks on it. No apology or nothing. I would avoid using this company for carpet cleaning due to trust, reliability, unprofessionalism, the fact she lied to us about the whereabouts of the carpets location. Their website is down so their terms and conditions are nowhere to be seen. Incredibly disappointing and shocked with this level of service. Service: Carpet & rug cleaning

My son went to live in Australia a few months ago and left behind a load of his old sports shirts that held many memories so he didnt want to get rid of them! I had the idea of making them into a patchwork blanket. Bona made a beautiful and unique blanket/bedcover that he will always cherish! She skilfully cut each shirt to the right size and design and put it together beautifully. She even suggested embroidering his initials and some dates on it .And even went out of her way to go and shop for the most suitable fleecy blanket to line it with. It is absolutely stunning and way better than I ever imagined! I was a bit nervous posting it to Australia, but I sent it by DHL and I'm very happy to say it arrived safely a week later!
