Nando's Walton on Thames

RE: DAVID I would like to start off by saying that I have worked in the catering/hospitality industry for 25+ years (owner of my own restaurant). So please understand that I know what good customer service should be. I have been coming to the Walton-on-Thames nandos for years. Every time I visit, we are always greeted by a man named DAVID. I cannot thank this gentleman enough. He is the MOST caring person I have ever come across in a restaurant. He always greeted you with a smile. He is always asking you if you have any questions about the menu or anything else. He makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer, not just a number. He's always making sure that everything is ok with your meal and if you can get you anything else at all. My own staff are not as carrying as this man. He is just wonderful. A genuine caring man!!!! Please give this man a raise!!!! THANK YOU, DAVID!!!

First time via deloveroo . the chicken pitta was.disgusting the chicken although looked cooked, had a horrible raw texture /taste to it. placing it in the oven for a few minutes made no difference not again and certainly not deloveroo

Always really nice. Someone give this man a raise, David. He is so attentive and kind and amazing at his job. Always welcoming and helpful. Literally every time I come here his service is next to none. We need more Davids. Thank you . You make the experience so much more than about tasty food.
