Failed to turn up for booked appointment the week before Christmas. Left messages - no response. Called back the next day and was told we would be called back in an hour with a new appt time. Have never heard anything back. I had been very understanding and was just keen to have our oven cleaned - to have no follow-up even to say they couldnt fit us in was incredibly poor customer service. A different local supplier managed to fit us in - hunt around before you use Elmbridge Ovens.
