Cake Owls

If I could give 0 starts I would. My sister ordered 95 spiderman birthday cake for her son's 3rd birthday. It was deliver by uber driver. Not only the cake was pink and blue instead of red and blue, they also put a WRONG NAME on it. And putting Louie instead of Mason is not even a spelling mistake!! My sister asked for refund, they refused to collect the cake. My sister offered to drop it off to them and they stopped replying to her, wouldn't give her the address and only said they will refund her 15 if she keeps the cake?! What on earth is wrong with this company?! For a 95 birthday cake you expect perfection and all we got is huge disappitment. Now my sister is 95 short and looking for someone to do a new birthday cake to be ready the next day. Wish us luck, because that won't be easy!

I placed an order for my mums 60th birthday and was absolutely delighted with the cake produced for us. The cake was stunning and tasted delicious, my mum loved it! The Cake Owls staff are really friendly and efficient too. I have already recommended them to several people and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you once again!
