        Very patronising and clueless kitchen designer who thinks he knows everything. His sales tactics are demeaning and rude yet he complains that he can't sell kitchens, I wonder why?!

        Saved my day ! Needed a tiny bit of rock wool to repair my chimney on my houseboat, called them Saturday morning and they said they could help as they had a spoilt roll. Popped down and they let me take the little bit I needed and at no charge :) Thank you so so much. Great community spirit
