        I mixed up the towns of Walton-on-the-Naze and Walton on Thames and made a wrong booking. I called before the appointment and they cancelled it but still charged the cancellation fee. Even explaining all this to them I was still charged and they refused to reimburse me. I understand costs working in sales myself but to be charged for an honest mistake seems just like really bad customer service. Do not recommend.

        I am writing this review 3 months after my wedding (so busy, keep forgetting) I recommend very highly Love me do bride, if you looking for a perfect wedding dress you will find it there! I walked in with mixed feelings (wasnt sure if I really want a proper wedding dress for our minimalist wedding however Sharon was sooo extremely kind and professional that within an hour I walked out with my dress. I traveled there from London but I didnt regret at all. Highly recommended! Thank you so much ones again for helping me!
