Awful pharmacy - went to pick up a repeat prescription to be told it was 5 mins, forty five minutes later they finally bring it out to me, I've wasted my entire lunch break waiting and I'm 15 mins late back for work. If they'd have said there was a delay then I would have picked it up another time, yet I am left waiting and waiting while other people had theirs dispensed far quicker and came by for them much later than I did! Absolute shambles, I've been forced to switch from the Lloyds in Sainsbury's as unfortunately they've closed.

The Pharmacy is the worst...I moved to Walton on Thames 2 years ago and unfortunately need pain relief but every month I go to collect them there us always something missing or not ready and I have to go back. Today I had to get a mini cab as walking is painful..obviously not ready and was told to come back, I asked if they deliver and was told I had to pay for that when I had already paid via the cab. To top it all the staff so rude and someone else complained too... I think the Pharmacy staff need re training in Customers Services
