Very unhelpful Charged to diagnose problem then asked me what I thought it was then said yes it is this so paid for them to do work then drove off and still had the problem refused to help them told me to come back so told them it would be a week before I could come back so did then told me I should have come back earlier Very bad customer service

lovely people, really nice and helpful, super efficient and really kind on the financial side, I paid half the price I normally pay in this area so highly recommended.

Went for a tyre change last week, they plugged instead with no communication apart from afterwards. Went away for a week to come back to a flat tyre: spoke to the rudest receptionist Ive dealt with about it who explained I accepted the plug at the time (I guess she expected me to say no change the tyre to which they wouldnt of charged me the plug too?? Makes no sense at all!!) when actually its more a case I trusted and accepted the mechanic who done the plug off his own back instead of doing what I asked,had fully inspected my tyre (which would of led to it needing to be changed) telling me the plug had fixed it. Went back to have the tyre examined to find out it was the seal itself. This time around they sprayed the tyre to check for any defects which again if this had been done originally and just changed like I had asked I wouldnt be messing about coming back. Poor communication. Rude receptionist. A budget tyre went from 65 +vat to a total of 94. Seems petty for the sake of say 20 but its having to finish work early all down to the fact that what I asked for simply wasnt done. After chatting to mates at work about the place, theyve had similar experiences themselves. Wont be going back there.
