If you buy from this company (which i wouldnt recommend) consider this: They have no options for delivery such as click and collect etc (a standard of modern business.) They only have delivery to your home and they only use Hermes/Evri (no alternatives.) Most of you dont need me to tell you how dodgy Evri/Hermes is, you only need to read the ever growing knowledge on the internet, they lie, thieve, deceive, steal parcels, trash parcels, make up stories. Day by day they are more universally hated, so any seller that uses them isnt worth your time unless your looking for dramas. I and folks I know make a point of not using any seller that uses Hermes (though this order was made specifically for intelligence and filming of the Hermes courier delivery) and more and more sellers feel the need to reassure me that they dont use Hermes/Evri. DONT BUY direct from Closerpets, if you want their products source them from a 3rd party reseller who doesnt use the scumbags Hermes/Evri...

I bought a pet fountain a few months ago which included one cartridge filter which I think is meant to last a month so disposed of after 4 weeks and ordered some replacement ones (pack of 6) a 13.99 which I thought was good value until I received them. The filters are half the size of the one which was included with the fountain and find they not lasting even a month (I assume when the sponge segments turn grey they are clogged and have to be replaced).
