We bought a car last month and the car dealer assured us that it has been checked out which I'm sure they did but to what extent ? that I don't know. However, a day later we had a warning light emission light on the dashboard, and we noticed that a headlight was not working(needed a new one). I was gutted because we used most of our savings to get that car and had little to go on till the end of the month. The car dealer apologised profusely and asked us to bring the car back to fix it which they did but 4 days later we had the same issue. We had to go back again which I wasn't too happy about because we live 30 miles away so x2= 60 miles of petrol!!!! You see the warranty doesn't cover these things. I know these things happened on second-hand cars, but we didn't expect them to happen so soon as I'm sure anyone can understand. We were very disappointed. The positive note is that they stayed courteous and helpful at all times and repaired the fault without delay which was great and that's the reason I gave them 3 stars and not less. On the negative note the headlight has gone out again last week,so we handed up bringing it to a local Halford to fix the fault rather than driving all the way. Obviously, we had to pay another 15 to get it fix....It's a lot of fixing in less than a month after purchase... As for recommendation, I let people who would read my review judge for themselves.

We bought a used car from Ashley Motors and both irfan and ejaz were so helpful. It's a family business and appear trustworthy, polite and helpful. I would recommend them as they conduct themselves professionally.
