    Poor service all round, terrible. Luckily we don't use the practice that often, so we were unaware they no longer make appointments over the counter. I was told to call, so I said I would sit in front of the counter and call like everyone else. At 8.30am I was caller 13, by 9am I was caller 3 and at 9.15am I was caller 1. So not long now! - at 9.50 I was still caller 1. I ask the question, 'are you still taking calls'? to which one of the ladies, the defensive one, said she would find out if there are any appointments. I thought I would mention I can in here at 8, she then quickly told me this is not a walk-in centre. I am fully aware I have been in the area for over 20 year. Speak to people, in the same way you expect them to speak to you. Just be polite!! And just to be clear, my frustration is only really one of the two women that man the front desk.

    Service was great today. Dr De Silva was fab! Call-back service for appointments worked great. Took a while but then it was just after the bank holiday. Sure enough, called back in a little over an hour and scheduled an appt for the next day.

    Absolutely the worse experience ever ! On the phone for and hour 6 in line and when the home get answered there is no appointments at 8.30 am . What a joke . Worse place to be registered too .And frontline Staff comes across very unhelpful !!

    On the whole we have always been quite happy with the GP, I think it is on a par with the standard across the U.K. at this time. The doctors are excellent: they offer great advice, care and support. Receptionists can be a little short but can only imagine how run off their feet they must be. Options like online appointments, phone and video plus queue call back are all helping make it easier to see a doctor when needed.
