God awful. Never any appointments, despite ringing at the right time, the receptionists are prying and rude, and the Doctor Khan is useless, nothing like the capable and kind GP that I grew up with. Avoid!

I have been with the Yellow Practice with Dr Khan since 2017. I find her absolutely on the ball, very personable and caring. Even through the covid lockdown. I have never had a problem getting an appointment on the same day. So it is very sad to hear that other patients are unable to get an appointment. If you follow the practice guidance in calling at 8.30 to 9am the latest, then you will receive a phone appointment with Dr Khan the same day and the really helpful receptionist lets you know roughly a time window Dr Khan will call. When Dr Khan accesses you over the phone and feels she needs to see you, then she will make an appointment for you to go and see her. And if she feels you need an appointment like an x-ray or other exploratory procedures then she is quick to act. Dr Khan has a wonderful office, receptionist team, who are caring, great listeners and are super helpful. I know if you sign up with Dr Khan you will not be disappointed.
