        The worst around! All staff Ive ever come across here do not care ATALL. Rude & patronising.

        My 82 year old mother was not able to be seen by a Dr yesterday, she had a telephone call and was told to go to the emergency clinic at St Peter's, she does not drive that far so had to get a taxi both ways, stay outside in the cold as she wasn't allowed inside and was told she had a chest infection, this could have all been avoided if the Dr allowed her into the surgery for an appointment, it's a disgrace, as no one is in the surgery, everyone wears a mask, your all hidden behind screens so surely she could have waited in her car for someone to get her instead of the stress of st peters and waiting outside in freezing conditions. Where is the care there???
