They've valeted and/or detailed few of my cars over the past 2 years and did a great job. But, 1 of my cars in particular was a nightmare to clean and I had little hope: while I was away for few days, a bird poo'd on it and it dried pretty badly on the bonnet/paintwork... I have tried 3 different expensive products in attempt to remove it, with no success. I finally gave up and asked Paul for his help. He came to my place with his team and honestly told me that they could not guarantee anything but would give it a good go. To my pleasant surprise and an hour later, all marks were gone, the bonnet was all cleaned and shiny, as well as the rest of my car... Great work guys! Great products! Great customer service and always willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. Keep up the good work and see you soon. Unfortunately, I didn't have the same service as everyone else commenting here. My original appointment was on Tuesday, but they had asked to reschedule me to Wednesday, so I did them a favour in doing so. Then, on the rescheduled day, they turned up two hours late, so unfortunately I had to cancel. I asked for a discount because they said about putting premium polish on my car for free as a way of apologising. However, I didn't care about the polish as I had asked for the full valet anyway, in the full valet list I was already getting the standard polish so I asked for a discount instead. They then said we'll come back tomorrow at 9am, making me believe they'll definitely be on time. 9am the following day, it now being Thursday. Someone in a big blue van came to look at my car on my drive 15 minutes late to my appointment, didn't even knock, and then drove off. If it was the case that my car isn't fancy enough for their profile or was too dirty then they should have said they don't do low-grade dirty vehicles. Simple as! I would have paid the same as everyone else so I don't see why it matters what car I have. Can't judge on their work as it wasn't received. Disappointed I didn't get the 5 star treatment. I needed to find a company decent enough to stick with. Guess I'll have to keep looking! Will not be passing your company name over to friends or family.
